Hi there, my name is Kevin Ly and this is my journey into medicine.
I didn’t grow up wanting to become a doctor like most however once I decided on it, I was all in. My journey started out of high school as a junior in Fall of 2009. After graduating from high school I continued my education at New Jersey Institute of Technology in their accelerated BA/MD program and it has been full steam ahead ever since. I eventually found my way back to NJ after a few years in Grenada at St. George’s University in the West Indies. I will be completing my residency training in NJ in family medicine.
I hope you’ll join me for this long and eventful ride but I hope you also gain some insight into the struggles you might have to endure and how to overcome them as well.
